Benoit Guieysse

Benoit Guieysse was awarded a 2018 Science & Technology Grant to help establish New Zealand’s first spirulina farm.

NZ Algae Innovations Limited is a biotechnology company founded in 2017 with the aim to become a New Zealand leader in the sustainable production of microalgae and microalgae-derived products to produce Spirulina. The purpose of their project is to develop processing capacity and gather knowledge for export.
