Peter Vullings

Peter Vullings was awarded a 2018 Science & Technology Grant to design, develop, test and refine key features needed to complete the prototype of the Velopetta, a three-wheeled electric bicycle, which is completely enclosed like a car. It is intended as a motorcar replacement, and as an all-weather, safer alternative to an electric bicycle.
